1. Introduction

Welcome to the Promoitalia Privilege Program! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our Loyalty Program, so please read them carefully. By enrolling in our Loyalty Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Membership in the Loyalty Program is open to any individual who is at least eighteen (18) years old and resides in the UK & Ireland.
2.2 Membership is required, and limited to one account per person and one email address.

3. Membership

3.1 Membership in the Promoitalia Privilege Program is free and voluntary.
3.2 Inactive accounts may be deactivated and deleted at Promoitalia UK Ltd's discretion. 3.3 Membership may be terminated at any time by contacting Customer Service.
3.4 Membership Card is only for the use of the registrar (clinic owner, trainer/ lead dr/ practitioner)

4. Points Expiration

Points earned through the Loyalty Program will expire after twelve (12) months of inactivity.

5. Eligible Purchases

5.1 Points can be earned for all purchases except for gift cards, charity donations, and previous purchases made with rewards.
5.2 Points cannot be earned for purchases made with a store credit or merchandise credit.

6. Purchase Requirements

A minimum merchandise purchase of £300 (excluding taxes and shipping charges) is required to apply discount codes.

7. Promotion Stacking

Only one voucher can be used per purchase and cannot be combined with any other vouchers or discount codes.

8. Redemption Conditions

Members can use their promotional codes on their purchases, each purchase will be accumulated to reach higher tiers of the program to receive higher discounts.

9. Tiers Specification

The tier level of membership is based on points earned during the current or previous Membership Year. Membership tiers include Diamond, Gold, Silver, and Bronze, each requiring a certain total amount of purchase to enter.

Points will be accumulated upon registration for 12 months, to be able to keep the upgraded tier, members should continue purchasing within their tier’s range, for example once reached Diamond tier, 12 month purchase should be £10k or more, otherwise the membership tier will be downgraded to Gold tier.

BRONZE

  • Upon Registration
  • 10% discount on CPD Training Courses, Master Classes and Products

10. Fraud Prevention

Promoitalia UK reserves the right to cancel or suspend participation in the Privilege Program in cases of fraud or abuse of rewards privileges.

11. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promoitalia UK shall not be liable for any failure or malfunction of the Privilege Program.

12. Personal Data Protection

By participating in the Privilege Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data following Promoitalia UK Ltd's Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

Promoitalia UK Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Privilege Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice.

14. Communication

Any modifications to these Terms will be communicated to Privilege Program members via email or through the Privilege Program portal.

15. Legal Compliance

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK & Ireland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
